Who I am
I am Alexej Boger, the founder of Phuket Lead Lab. I started the agency after years of watching independent Phuket businesses — hotels, restaurants, spas, clinics, tour operators — pay a lot of money to marketing vendors and receive almost nothing in return. Impressions that never became customers. SEO reports full of colours and arrows, but no calls. Ads that burned budget on curious tourists who were never going to book. I knew the problem was solvable, because I had solved it repeatedly for businesses in Europe. So I moved the practice to Phuket, opened an office in Rawai, registered Berin Co., Ltd in Thailand and started rebuilding marketing for the island — the right way.
How I work
I treat marketing as an engineering problem. That means measurable inputs, measurable outputs, and a written hypothesis behind every campaign. Before I touch a Google profile, a landing page or an ad account, I want to know three things: who your customer is, how they decide, and what you currently measure. Then I fix the tracking, rebuild the foundation, and only after that do I spend any paid media budget. Every client has a single point of contact — me — and a clear monthly rhythm: weekly optimisation, monthly reporting, honest trade-off conversations. No black boxes, no tool stacks you will never use, no jargon used to hide a thin strategy.

Experience
My background is in performance marketing and SEO, with more than ten years of operating experience across European and Thai markets. Before starting Phuket Lead Lab I worked on local and national SEO, Google Ads and landing-page systems for service businesses, SaaS and e-commerce. I moved that operating discipline to Phuket because the island is one of the most interesting local markets in Asia — extremely high search volume, a multilingual audience and still surprisingly weak local optimisation compared to the European markets I came from. The opportunity to help real owner-operated Phuket businesses compete against international brands and OTAs is what gets me out of bed.
